Job Description :We are looking for experienced OR nurses for 6:00AM - 2:30PM; no call Specialty :Nursing Sub Specialty(s) :Operating Room / Circulate, Registered Nurse, Operating Room Additional Information And Terms *Travelers are the first to float within the facility 1) Do not submit travelers that have worked here as permanent staff previously 2) 150 mile RADIUS rule. We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 150 miles of the hospital. 3) Two Days unbilled orientation. 4) We are a no tobacco facility. (travelers are not tested) Tattoos must be covered by clothing. Facial piercings cannot be worn at work. Hair color must fall under 'natural' shades. To ensure a proper, tight fit of the N95 mask, beards or goatees are not allowed. A neatly trimmed mustache is appropriate. 5) United Regional is not responsible for payment of time off due to illness or quarantining due to symptoms of illness. *COVID vaccine required December 1, 2021. Will accept declination requests to send to committee for approval of medical and/or religious reasons as well as requests for deferral approval. 90-day deferrals only apply to travelers who received antibody or plasma treatments following a positive Covid test.
