Farmers Insurance Agency in Dallas, TX is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and turning opportunities into results, this could be an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in insurance sales.

You don't need years of insurance experience to apply. Training and licensing support are available for motivated candidates who are willing to learn and grow.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your own referral network, sell Property Casualty and Life insurance products, and increase your earnings as your production grows.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and prospecting
• Follow up with and work company-provided leads
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Sell Property Casualty (PC) and Life insurance products
• Build and maintain a referral network using the agency's systems and resources
• Participate in weekly community events, networking and outreach activities
• Work toward monthly sales goals and production targets

Requirements

• Property Casualty (PC) insurance license preferred; willing to obtain within 30 days if not currently licensed. Licensing assistance available.
• Life Health insurance license preferred; willing to obtain within 30 days if not currently licensed. Licensing assistance available.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, prospecting, and following up with potential customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving sales targets
• Willingness to participate in weekly community events, networking, and outreach activities, including approximately 4 hours on weekends
• Ability to build and maintain a referral network using the agency's systems and resources
