The Senior Analyst, Digital Workplace Endpoint is a key member of the AES US Renewables Digital team, helping deliver secure, reliable, and modern endpoint experiences across the organization. This role supports endpoint management, device configuration, application deployment, endpoint security, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with AES Global Digital Workplace Experience standards.This position offers an excellent opportunity for a technology professional looking to expand their expertise in endpoint engineering, modern device management, automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise-scale digital workplace technologies. You may be a great fit if you have:A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and developing technical expertise.Customer-focused problem-solving skills and a desire to improve the employee technology experience.A security-conscious approach and an understanding of the importance of compliance, patching, and vulnerability management.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation, efficiency, and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Analyst, Digital Workplace Endpoint, you will:Configure, deploy, administer, and support endpoint technologies, including operating systems, desktop applications, endpoint security tools, device management platforms, and related solutions.Support Microsoft endpoint management platforms, including Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), Autopilot, application packaging, compliance management, and policy deployment.Create and maintain software deployment packages and automate repeatable tasks using tools such as PowerShell.Support endpoint security initiatives, including patch management, vulnerability remediation, encryption, compliance monitoring, and collaboration with Cyber Security teams.Troubleshoot endpoint, application deployment, device management, virtual environment, and user experience issues.Provide advanced support for business users, including executive stakeholders, and participate in on-call support rotations as needed.Support collaboration technologies and meeting room solutions, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech technologies, and related platforms.Evaluate hardware and software requests and recommend solutions aligned with business needs, security requirements, and technology standards.Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and knowledge base articles.Identify and implement opportunities to improve endpoint performance, operational efficiency, automation, and user experience.Contribute to technology projects and initiatives that support the ongoing modernization of the Digital Workplace environment.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, and experience.Approximately 3+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, enterprise systems administration, digital workplace technology, desktop engineering, or a related technical role.Experience working with endpoint management technologies, deployment processes, application packaging, automation, scripting, or enterprise endpoint standards.Working knowledge of:Microsoft IntuneMECM/SCCMWindows 11Microsoft 365Active Directory / Microsoft Entra IDGroup PolicyTCP/IP networking and endpoint connectivity troubleshootingExperience supporting endpoint deployment, software distribution, patch management, compliance programs, and endpoint lifecycle management.Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and a willingness to continue developing automation capabilities.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting macOS devices, mobile device management, endpoint virtualization platforms, printing solutions, or executive support environments.Industry certifications such as:Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateITIL FoundationCompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+Apple Certified Support ProfessionalOther relevant technology certificationsAES is an Equal Opportunity Employer who is committed to building strength and delivering long-term sustainability through diversity and inclusion.
