Our workforce includes Clerical, Administrative, Light Industrial, Janitorial, and Technical skill sets. Job Description An Environmental Investigator is needed. Qualified applicants should apply in person at: K Staffing 2101 Crawford, Suite 202 Houston, TX 77002 Our client is seeking an Environmental Investigator to inspect and collect samples of air, water, and/or soil from the atmosphere and plant emissions or effluent from lakes, bayous, and industrial plant sites. Responsibilities include sending samples to the department lab for analysis, investigating complaints concerning pollutants and contaminant sources, conducting on-site inspections, reporting measurements and findings, establishing and maintaining case files, and following up as appropriate. Qualifications Requires 40 hours of HAZWOPER training. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Health Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. No experience required. Must have a valid driver's license; will operate a company vehicle. Must attend training on December 5.
