Make a meaningful impact as an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist supporting preschool students in a welcoming educational setting near New Lexington, OH. This contract opportunity offers flexible, part-time hours—work 20 to 25 hours per week, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and help guide young learners on their educational journey. With a current caseload of 10 students (maximum 20), you'll have the chance to deliver personalized attention and foster each child’s development.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Intervention Specialist license required
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher in early childhood settings preferred
• Proficient in IEP development and implementation
• Comfortable collaborating with classroom staff and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experienced virtual providers are encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide instruction for preschool students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the developmental needs of each student
• Communicate regularly with families, sharing progress and collaborating on strategies
• Work closely with an onsite, non-certified substitute who supports hands-on assistance in the classroom
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
