Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or must be obtainable prior to start. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric, skilled nursing, or post-acute care settings preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with documentation systems and common SNF therapy equipment, including gait training devices, therapeutic exercise equipment, and mobility aids. Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and to develop individualized treatment plans for patients with complex medical needs.
