Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outreach to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.

Qualify incoming leads to determine if our solutions align with their specific insurance needs.

Schedule discovery meetings and demonstrations for our senior account executives.

Document all prospect interactions clearly within our CRM to ensure seamless hand-offs.

Research prospective businesses to identify growth opportunities in the DeSoto area.

Participate in team meetings to share feedback, refine scripts, and improve our outreach strategy.

Requirements

Professional experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.

Strong comfort level with cold-outreach and initiating conversations with new prospects.

Experience using CRM platforms to track activity and manage leads.

Clear and articulate communication style, both verbally and in writing.

Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection or challenges.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize daily tasks.
