Quality Technician

Quality Control SpecialistSupport the plant in handling all quality issues and quality testing. Responsible for maintaining the Non-Conformance Database and ensuring that the information entered is accurate. The position requires continuous monitoring to ensure that all the issues are responded to and closed.Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:Enter and investigate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Test product for each batch blendedQuality Management System (QMS) document control author for plantEnter quality data into QMSAbility to support in making blend correctionsInvestigate and manage all quality issuesWork with suppliers to mitigate issuesRoot Cause Analysis and ReportingManage Customer Quality Requests/IssuesReviewing documentation for accuracy (ex.
