Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Nokomis, FL. This hospital-based position supports inpatient care and offers the opportunity to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a Gulf Coast community.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Florida OT license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to assignment start.
• Minimum 1 year of recent occupational therapy experience in an acute care or inpatient setting. No new graduates.
• Experience with Wellsky EMR preferred.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC if required by facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working rotating weekends in an inpatient hospital environment.
• Prior travel or contract therapy experience.

Assignment Details

• Inpatient setting.
• Possible rotating weekends.
• May be required to float to other nearby facilities.
