We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic Assistant Director to help lead our early childhood education center in San Antonio. About the Role The Assistant Director works closely with the Director to oversee daily operations, support teachers, maintain compliance, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment. You will help lead with clarity, consistency, and kindness — setting the tone for a positive school culture.
