The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually appealing signs for a diverse range of clients, utilizing various painting techniques to meet specific design requirements. Job Title Painter (Sign Painter) Location Denver, CO Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and cleaning, to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish. Quality Assurance: Complete all projects on time and maintain the highest quality standards. Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations. Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a painter. Skills: Excellent painting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mix and match paint colors, as needed Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with managers and team members. Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently on projects while also contributing to team efforts. Adaptability: Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and adaptable. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
