Wealth Client Management Consultant

divh2Wealth Client Management Consultant/h2pCAPTRUST is seeking a Wealth Client Management Consultant who will work with one to several financial advisors to service and retain wealth client relationships. The Client Management Consultant uses specialized knowledge and skills, obtained through experience and/or formal training, to assist Financial Advisors in providing excellent client service to individual investors and families. The candidate also recommends solutions to moderately complex problems with extensive contact with Financial Advisors, internal business partners, and operational teams at various custodians. Primary responsibilities may include the following, amongst others./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliBuilds relationships with Financial Advisors, internal and external business partners, and clients by delivering exceptional proactive service/liliServices existing client relationships (including calling, meeting, corresponding, and addressing requests as well as processing money and asset movements, and trade flow requests) with the highest level of service and prompt follow-up with the client/liliPrepares and provides documentation and materials required for client calls and visits/liliMay participate in investment reviews and annual reviews/liliOnboards new client relationships through correspondence, reports, new account paperwork, and advisory agreements/liliWorks with Financial Advisors and internal business partners to determine best methods to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction in a courteous and professional manner while upholding our CAPTRUST culture/liliOrganize and maintain client records in accordance with CAPTRUST, industry, and regulatory compliance/liliPerforms other duties and special projects as required, including firm-wide initiatives/liliBased on business need, this role is to be performed on-site; this is not a remote or hybrid WFH role/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pMinimum Qualifications:/pulliMinimum 5 years of experience working in a Client Service role in the brokerage, investment advisory or financial services environment/liliCompletion of a four-year college degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience/li/ulpDesired Qualifications/Skills:/pulliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and PDF Editor/liliAbility to navigate spreadsheets/liliExcellent math skills and the ability to quickly grasp financial and investment concepts/liliPositive attitude and a team player/liliOrganizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage time-sensitive tasks simultaneously/liliAnalytical thinker and problem solver/liliEnergized by change and ability to think outside the box regarding process improvement/liliFlexibility to handle changing priorities, pressure, and short deadlines/liliSelf-motivated; ability to work well independently and with others/liliA high standard of professionalism and notable attention to detail/liliProactive in task follow-up, stay ahead of deadlines, excellent time-management skills/liliExceptional written and verbal communication skill/li/ulpWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?/ppOur colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
