Duties and Responsibilities Treat students and colleagues with respect. Focuses teaching and outreach efforts on student success. Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change based on the needs of the department and the institution. Required Education Master’s Degree in Psychology or Master’s degree and at least 18 graduate hours in Psychology. Required Skills & Abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills. Above average computer skills. Exhibition of respect and professionalism in a spirit of collegiality. Microsoft Office proficient.
