Top Skills' Details:
1. Hands-on Azure security architecture in a greenfield or newly-built tenant: Entra ID baseline, Azure Policy / Initiatives, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Azure Firewall and Private Endpoint patterns.
2. Hybrid identity experience - on-prem AD to Entra ID via Entra Connect, conditional access, PIM, app registrations, and cleanup of inherited identity sprawl.
3. Demonstrated ability to define security policies and compliance controls from scratch (not just operate a baseline somebody else built).
