Responsibilities What You Will Do: Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction. Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office Attend weekly training meetings Qualifications What You Need: 3 years of residentialHVAC experience Weekend availability EPA certification (or ability to obtain) Valid driver’s license & clean driving record Must pass background and drug screening Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
