OPS Staff Assistant

The OPS Staff Assistant supports the Personnel Liaison at the Florida Department of Health by managing personnel actions, recruitment documents, background checks, and new employee orientation materials. The role involves coordinating with HR, tracking tickets in the HRHealthDesk system, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. This is a temporary position based in Fernandina Beach, Yulee, and various Nassau County locations. Key qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems 1 year experience in administrative office support Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage confidential data and pay close attention to detail Intermediate computer skills including typing, data entry, and email #J-18808-Ljbffr
