Key qualifications:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or recent grads completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong skills in both onsite and teletherapy delivery of speech-language services
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal writing, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other support professionals
• Previous work in a self-contained special education setting is a plus

Core responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy for a caseload of 18 students within a supportive, specialized learning environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Document progress, maintain precise records, and communicate updates to team members and families
• Support students in maximizing their communication skills for greater success academically and socially
