Looking for a hands-on job where every day is different? We're looking for dependable, hardworking General Laborers to join our team and work on construction projects throughout the Emerald Coast!

PAY: $17/HOUR

PAID WEEKLY - DIRECT DEPOSIT

Pay is based on the specific position, job requirements, and level of experience.

• Contract positions for specific construction projects or assignments
• Temp-to-hire positions with the opportunity to become a permanent employee based on performance and company needs
• General labor and construction support positions

The type of position will depend on the specific job and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a General Laborer, you may assist with a variety of construction tasks, including:

• Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
• Assisting skilled tradesmen and construction crews
• Demolition and removal of materials
• Site cleanup and debris removal
• Preparing job sites for construction
• Using hand and power tools safely
• Assisting with basic construction and remodeling tasks
• Measuring, cutting, and moving materials as directed
• Moving equipment, tools, and materials around the job site
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following job-site safety procedures
• Performing physical labor as needed
• Helping complete projects efficiently and safely

• Willing to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• A valid driver's license is preferred

Previous construction, remodeling, demolition, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus - but we're willing to train the right person!
