Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare Dietary) - Joliet, IL
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Director of Operations (Healthcare Dietary) to join our team at Pearl of Joliet. As a leading provider of innovative dining solutions in the healthcare industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences while maintaining low operational costs.
As a Regional Director of Operations , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare dietary services in the Joliet, IL region. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality patient care through food and nutrition services. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare dietary professionals, including food service managers, dietitians, and culinary staff
• Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Collaborate with healthcare facility administrators and clinical staff to develop and implement patient-centered meal programs
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
• Develop and manage budgets to achieve operational goals
• Foster strong relationships with healthcare facility staff, patients, and families to ensure exceptional customer service
• Identify and address operational risks and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
•Experience in a healthcare dietary management role
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and quality
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards
