Product Owner

What you will do Coordinate and execute detailed requirements gathering and documentation for one/more assigned products. Review and refine backlog of requirements using tools like Jira and Confluence. Lead and facilitate all agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You are the SME in this role, providing knowledge and expertise in this business area/product. Create and deliver communications throughout the development cycle to stakeholders at all levels, including release planning content, feature/story‑level acceptance criteria, new/modified functionality overviews, user guides, and release notes. Own product quality and performance through consistent delivery. What we need from you BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business or applicable experience. 5+ years' experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines. Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management. Experience with Agile and Iterative development methodologies. Demonstratable experience using AI tooling for product design, strategy and software testing. High levels of creativity and attention to detail. Solutions‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and system‑based thinking. Understand product decision impacts and trade‑offs. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to use AI tooling to go from idea generation to artifact creation quickly when communicating with stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership experience as a team lead or similar role. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to thrive in a project‑based environment within a lean team. Capacity to work within complex systems and large data sets. The base salary pay for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 per year. This position will also be eligible to earn a discretionary bonus each year, subject to company approval.
