Clinical Dietitian

Role: Clinical Dietitian Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for adult inpatient rehabilitation patients. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized nutrition care plans, and manage enteral/parenteral nutrition if necessary. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to educate patients and families, track clinical outcomes, document in the EMR, and promote quality care and best practices in a rehabilitation setting. Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of clinical nutrition, experience with nutrition assessments and care planning, strong communication skills for patient and team education, and proficiency in EMR documentation. A commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care in a mission-driven environment is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
