- Monitor and track clients’ progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. \n
- Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, adhering to strict legal and ethical standards regarding data confidentiality. \n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care. \n
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment methodologies and research to enhance service delivery. \n
- Engage in continuous professional supervision and training, focusing on skill enhancement and clinical best practices. \n
- Abide by ethical guidelines and professional standards established by state licensure boards and relevant organizations. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
