We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding service while managing a variety of account responsibilities.

Requirements

Prior Experience Required

Active New Jersey Property & Casualty license

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems (Applied EPIC Preferred)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Professional phone presence and polished office etiquette

Responsibilities

Develop accurate and competitive insurance quotes

Cross-sell and round out accounts to meet client needs

Issue insurance documentation such as certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy endorsements

Advise and educate clients on coverage options and policy details

Re-price renewals to ensure clients receive the best coverage and rates
