As a member of the Allied Universal team, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a healthcare location. In this unarmed patrol position, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence for staff, patients, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and a helpful attitude. This role requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as driving may be part of your daily duties. Qualifications:

Must have Armed Security Experience

21+ Years of Age With A Valid SC Driver's License

This is a High Volume Position and Requires the Ability to Stay Calm Under Pressure

Certain Vaccinations are Required, as well as a Physical Assessment

Must be able to Provide HS Diploma or GED

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information as needed.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a welcoming and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A valid driver's license in the job state is required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
