We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Sales Team. The ideal candidate is a friendly, professional individual who enjoys building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right vehicle. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you. What will you be doing?
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Build lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Maintain follow-up communication with prospects and current customers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
- Stay informed about Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM products, promotions, and inventory.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Automotive sales experience is a plus.
- Experience selling Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish relationships with customers.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Computer proficiency (Dealertrack is our DMS).
- Team player.
