Event Assistant - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Support event initiatives by assisting with daily event activities and operational needs. Represent the company at events, promotional activities, and community engagement opportunities. Welcome attendees, provide information, and create a positive guest experience. Communicate with vendors, partners, sponsors, and team members to support event needs. Maintain event materials, promotional items, and supplies to ensure readiness. Assist with administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and maintaining event records. Support marketing initiatives by promoting events and increasing audience engagement. Gather attendee feedback and provide insights to improve future events and experiences. Bring creative ideas and solutions to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with strong attention to detail. Comfortable interacting with customers, partners, and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
