Store Merchandising & Operations Lead

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager at our Mesa, AZ store to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promo execution, keeping the store customer-ready. You will lead and coach the team, manage in-stock levels, and partner with store leadership to align staffing and execution with business needs.
