The Role We are hiring for a founding product manager to solve what slows down trade today, across identity, risk, trust, and payments. This is an early, high-ownership role. You will operate in ambiguity to define opportunities, prioritize problems, and strategize how to deploy the next set of agentic workflows onto Nuvo’s trade graph. Product sits in the middle of all cross-functional teams. You will work in close partnership with GTM and customer teams (sales/CS/deployments) as well as partner teams (design and engineering) to gain deep context rapidly, find and vet opportunities, and ship value quickly. This is a foundational role that will help shape how product gets built at Nuvo. You will be a product owner, defining strategy, seed our growing product team, and have impact in the $B. Who you are You're high-agency, take accountability for results, and operate with urgency. You thrive in ambiguity. You've owned early-stage, 0-to-1 product work. You have strong user empathy, de-risking opportunities with data, user research, and market signal before committing. You think strategically. You've honed your craft over 5+ years in industry holding complex product roles. You operate on a longer time horizon and decide when to take incremental steps versus big ones towards it. You're technically fluent. You understand enough about how software is built to be a genuine partner to engineers. You’re a low-ego collaborator. You drive alignment by earning trust and bring the right people in at the right time. You know excellence. You have worked in high-caliber product teams before, and seen what great development looks like, ideally at many different phases of a company’s growth. You're curious.
