The Client Experience & Executive Operations Coordinator serves as a central operational support role within the organization, supporting front-office operations, executive coordination, administrative workflows, and internal communication initiatives.

This individual will act as both the professional first point of contact for the office and a trusted operational support resource for leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a calm, structured environment.

This role is fully on-site and best suited for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-moving office where focus, accountability, and initiative are valued.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working within the Apple ecosystem, including macOS and productivity applications such as Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and related operational software tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor and polished interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities calmly and efficiently
• Experience in administration, office coordination, executive support, customer service, communications, or related academic coursework
• Strong written communication and formatting abilities
• Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and operational workflows
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable on-site availability and professionalism required
• Comfortable operating in a structured, device-restricted office environment
