Lifecyle/Digital Marketing Specialist - $90K-$100K - NoVA

Our client, a leading professional association in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a direct hire Digital Marketing Specialist to join their busy and growing team! Responsibilities Plan and execute B2B and B2C integrated digital campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, display, and web channels. Build, test, deploy, and optimize campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Adobe. Track campaign data and report on performance to leadership and other internal teams, providing insights and recommendations. Manage audience segmentation, positioning, messaging strategy, and the full lifecycle of the customer journey to deliver high-quality results. Utilize AI and automation tools to streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications 4+ years of relevant office support experience within hospitality or professional services. A bachelor's degree is required. Proficiency in Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Journey is required. Strong in reviewing and reporting data through GA4 and Tableau. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adept with managing competing priorities. Position Information Salary: $90K-$100K + annual merit bonus (DOE).
