At CACI, we believe in empowering our employees to explore new opportunities, develop cutting-edge ideas, and create solutions that not only advance their careers but also drive our organization forward.Responsibilities:Collaborate with a driven team to recommend and schedule server repairsEnsure data integrity by performing periodic backups of serversKeep systems up-to-date by patching software and operating systemsOptimize software and system configurations for peak performanceQuickly troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve VDI-related issuesPerform capacity planning through ongoing monitoring, alerting, and reporting of resource utilization levels and errorsWork closely with our cybersecurity team to maintain and monitor system security measuresConfigure and maintain virtual networks in a hypervisor environmentApply DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) as requiredMonitor license and certificate status on systems and coordinate renewals and installationsQualifications:Required:An active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibilityUniversity Degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experienceInformation Assurance/DoD 8570 certification or within six (6) months of hireExperience managing Microsoft Active Directory, GPO management, Certificates Administration, and Domain Controller Functional servicesWorking knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10 and 11)Knowledge of Microsoft productivity software (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Access, etc.)Ability to inventory and document equipment and softwareProfessional and courteous customer service skillsStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsAbility to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentDesired:Proven knowledge of computer security principles and DoD security protocolsWorking knowledge of VMware Horizon View, VMware vCenter, VMware Virtual Desktop InfrastructureWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
