Requirement Gathering: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements for system changes or enhancements. Implementation and Support: Work closely with developers, engineers, and IT teams to implement system improvements. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and propose corrective measures. Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders on project status and outcomes. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, ITIL, PMI-PBA) are a plus. Experience: 3+ years of experience in system analysis or a similar role. Proven experience working in a remote setting or distributed teams. Demonstrated success in leading system optimization or migration projects. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of system analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN). Proficiency in data modeling and SQL. Experience with ERP, CRM, or custom enterprise systems.
