Pearce Bespoke Indianapolis is growing — and we’re looking for driven, relationship-focused sales professionals ready to build something of their own. This is a commission-only (1099) opportunity with no cap on earnings, complete scheduling freedom, and full support from a national brand and hands-on local ownership.

  About the Role:

This is not retail. As a Pearce Bespoke Luxury Sales Representative, you’ll build and manage your own book of business, consulting directly with clients on custom menswear and womenswear. You’ll meet clients where they live, work, and play — offering a premium, made-to-measure experience that’s fast, convenient, and stylish.

  What You Can Expect:

• Commission-only, 1099 structure (earn 50% of the profit on every sale)
• Typical income: $3,000–$10,000/month after ramp-up
• Weekly payouts – no commission resets
• Full freedom — no territories or micromanagement
• Hands-on local ownership invested in your success
