SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Ensure clinical care delivery and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Lead staff involved in providing clinical patient care. Assists in ensuring the quality of patient care delivery in a specific patient care area and serves as a role model for professional nursing practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.

• AHA BLS required prior to orientation completion

• ACLS required prior to orientation completion

• PALS required prior to orientation completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Experience as a SANE preferred
