Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and patient satisfaction.

Unit Information

• Number of Beds: 24
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Patient Population: Geriatric, adult, and some pediatric patients
• Available Equipment: Ultrasound, Blood Transfuser, Baxter IV Pumps, Glidescope, BD IV Products, GE Monitors in every room
• Electronic Health Record System: MedHost EDIS

Position Details

• Role: RN in Emergency Room
• Shift: 3x12 hours
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Call Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: TNCC, BLS
• Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in emergency department
• Must Have Skills: TNCC, trauma, and STEMI experience
• Preferred Skillset: Experience with mixed medical patients and older populations with varying acuity
• Personality Fit: Approachable, teamwork-oriented, proactive, and able to manage idle time effectively
• Required Education: Associate's degree (AA) in Nursing

Black scrubs are required for this position. Please ensure that attire is professional and appropriate for a clinical environment.
