BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Job Details Full Time / Part Time: Full Time Pay Range: $25/Hr - $27/Hr* FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Business Unit: Trucking/Industrial Reports to: Operations Manager Travel Requirement: No Commensurate with experience Select’s Operations Coordinator is responsible for recurring or daily functions or processes that are necessary for business execution. Essential job functions include, but are not limited to Completes or monitors organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations. Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions. Implements procedural changes meant to improve performance or efficiency. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job. Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
