Subsea Project Engineer - Houston, Texas

THREE60 Energy is seeking an experienced Subsea Project Engineer for an assignment with a major operator in the energy industry, location Houston, TX, US.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing project team supporting the delivery of new Subsea developments in a complex offshore environment. The role is focused on project execution, integration, stakeholder management, and interface coordination across multiple disciplines.

Assignment Information

Location: Houston, Texas
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 31rst of March 2027
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in the office
Travel: Limited business travel may be required. No offshore travel anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Subsea project activities through execution phases
• Drive project integration and interface management across technical and operational teams
• Support delivery of Subsea hardware packages and associated Engineering activities
• Coordinate with Drilling, Wells, Operations, Subsurface and Engineering stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, risks and deliverables to ensure safe and predictable execution
• Support contractor and vendor engagement throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned across the project team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Approximately 5-10 years of relevant Subsea project experience
• Experience from Operator companies, EPC contractors, installation contractors or Subsea equipment suppliers
• Strong understanding of offshore project execution and Subsea systems
• Experience with project coordination, interface management and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
