Roles & Responsibilities: Lead restaurant operations, ensuring policies, standards, and culture are upheld. Promote integrity, honesty, and a positive culture, exceeding guest and team expectations. Build and maintain a high-performing team, involved in recruiting, onboarding, and training. Manage cash, oversee training, and maintain restaurant facilities. Conduct regular meetings, manage payroll, and oversee P&L results. Communicate company updates and develop management staff. Ensure food quality and guest experience standards are met consistently. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years old. Ability to meet restaurant scheduling needs. ServSafe Certification preferred. Minimum three years of food prep and line experience. Management experience in fast casual or similar environment preferred. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
