- Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Lead by example to deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.
- Coach team members to hit membership and sales goals.
- Step in to solve problems quickly and keep the site running smoothly.
- Help maintain site cleanliness, safety, and performance standards.
- Create a positive, team-first culture that drives results.
