Our Barbers and Stylists typically earn $31–$56.50 per hour on average. It's a clear and rewarding system built around your success.What It's Like to Work HereThis full-time role offers a fast-paced schedule with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet client demand.Each day starts with prepping your station and reviewing appointments. You'll connect with clients, talk through their style goals, and deliver high-quality cuts and grooming services. As the day moves on, you'll balance multiple clients while keeping service levels high in a lively shop atmosphere.Teamwork is a big part of what we do-you'll collaborate with fellow stylists, exchange ideas, and pick up new techniques.
