This role will focus on leveraging technologies such as custom GPTs, LLM-based tools, generative AI, and intelligent automation to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and drive digital innovation.This is a highly visible position with the opportunity to directly shape the company’s AI strategy and build impactful, real-world solutions.QualificationsEducation / CertificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related fieldEquivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal educationExperience2+ years working with AI/ML technologies, ideally including LLMs such as GPTHands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or similar frameworksStrong understanding of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API-based integrationExperience deploying or customizing solutions within Microsoft CopilotAcumatica ERP experience is a plusFamiliarity with Python, REST APIs, and cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred)Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with Power BI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Microsoft Copilot StudioKnowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practicesAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersMajor Responsibilities1. AI Solution Development & DeploymentDesign, configure, and deploy custom GPTs and other AI/ML models tailored to business requirementsPartner with business leaders to identify high-value use cases and translate them into production-ready AI solutionsLead prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integration of LLMs into internal systems and applications2. Copilot & Acumatica IntegrationBuild and deploy AI tools that enhance productivity within Microsoft Copilot (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)Integrate generative AI capabilities into Acumatica ERP to automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve data-driven insights3. AI Strategy & GovernanceEstablish and maintain best practices for responsible AI, including data governance, ethical use, and model transparencyMonitor model performance and continuously iterate based on user feedback and system data4. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork collaboratively with IT, R&D, training, and business units to ensure seamless integration of AI solutionsProvide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to end users and internal teams5.
