Welder

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and fabrication services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Welder to join their team. As an Experienced Welder, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting fabrication and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Experienced Welder

Location: New Bern, NC

Pay Range: Starting at $19.00-$25 based on experience

Shift: All shifts

What's the Job?

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on project requirements

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components

• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards

• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of professional welding experience required

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and tools

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
