Sales Consultant – Roofing

The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for owning the entire customer experience — from the first conversation to final payment.

This is a field sales role, not a desk job.

You will:

• Generate opportunities through door-to-door canvassing and referrals

• Inspect properties for storm damage

• Educate homeowners on the roofing + insurance process

• Guide customers through insurance claims

• Close deals and sign contingency agreements

• Meet with insurance adjusters on-site

• Review estimates with homeowners

• Oversee installs and stay involved through completion

• Communicate consistently with customers

• Collect payments and finalize projects

• Track everything inside our CRM

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time, field-based role

• Monday – Saturday

• Availability between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

This is a performance-driven role. Flexibility is earned.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based

• Uncapped earning potential

• Realistic opportunity to earn $200K+
