Senior Blockchain & Full-Stack Engineer

**About the Project**

we are in the early stages of creating a next-generation verification and compliance platform that combines blockchain technology, AI-powered verification workflows, and enterprise SaaS capabilities.

The platform is designed to help organizations streamline business verification, identity validation, document management, compliance monitoring, and audit tracking through a secure and scalable web-based solution.

We have completed the project planning phase and are seeking an experienced development team or developers to build the MVP and support future product growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Design and develop a scalable enterprise-grade web application

- Build secure REST APIs and backend services

- Develop blockchain-based audit and verification functionality

- Implement role-based access control and workflow automation

- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database architecture

- Integrate cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements

- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning

**Required Skills**

- Strong experience with Full-Stack development

- Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms

- Experience with blockchain technologies and smart contract integration

- Strong backend development skills (Java, Python, Node.js, or similar)

- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)

- Experience with PostgreSQL and API-driven architectures

- AWS or other cloud platform experience

- Strong understanding of security, authentication, and authorization

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience with KYC, compliance, verification, or identity management systems

- Experience building workflow-driven business applications

- Experience integrating AI-powered automation or verification tools

- Previous experience working with regulated industries

- Experience leading or participating in large-scale software projects
