If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a company with a legacy of excellence, you're in the right place.Many of our projects are state and federally funded, meaning you'll receive full prevailing wage rates (well above standard shop pay) when working on these jobs.As an Ironworker, you'll be responsible for the safe and accurate assembly and erection of structural steel. You'll work hands-on with skilled teams to create the framework for buildings, infrastructure, and iconic community structures.Core responsibilities include:Erect and install structural steel beams, columns, joists, bracing, and decking per blueprints and specsRig, guide, and connect steel members using cranes, taglines, and appropriate lifting toolsWeld steel in flat, vertical, and overhead positions per project requirementsInstall stairs, rails, platforms, and other miscellaneous metalsUse hand and power tools for cutting, drilling, and boltingCommunicate clearly with crane operators and team members via radio and hand signalsAssist in demolition and shoring when neededFollow all OSHA and company safety protocolsWork year-round in both indoor and outdoor environments, including at heightsRequirements include:High school diploma or GED, plus related experience/training.3+ years of ironworking or structural steel erection experienceAbility to read blueprints and layout steel from drawingsStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to use rigging, hand tools, and welding equipmentWelding (AWS) and rigging certifications are a plusValid Driver's License and reliable transportationAble to work safely at heights and in changing weather conditionsRegular attendance is requiredPhysical requirements of the job include:Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 poundsMust possess adequate sight, hearing and use of limbs for all aspects of jobAble to work for periods of time while kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing steps as well as the ability to work from a ladderMust have the physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up to 50% of the day.Must have the physical ability to carry hand tools and items weighing up to 20 pounds up to 95% of the day.Must have the physical ability to bend and stoop under obstacles as low as 3 feet up to 50% of the day.Must have the physical ability to climb over obstacles 2' high up to up to 50% of the day.Must be able to stand and/or walk from location to location up to 95% of the day.Outdoor and indoor environments, with exposure to hot and cold temperaturesRequired PPE: steel-toed, slip-resistant boots, hard hat, gloves, and eye protectionWhat we offer includes:Prevailing Wage Pay on state and federal projects (significantly higher than base rates)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)401(k) with Company Match – Invest in your futurePaid Time Off (PTO) – Because rest is part of the job6 Paid Holidays – To spend time where it matters mostJob Stability & Growth – Join a company built to last, with room to growDental Insurance – Keep your smile healthyHealth Insurance – Quality coverage for you and your familyHealth Savings Account Match – Extra support for medical expensesLife Insurance – Financial protection for those who depend on youSupportive, Family-First Culture – Be part of a team that values your voice, your safety, and your life outside of workSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeApply today and build with the best.
