Role snapshot

Location: On-site in Miami with regular support for our Hialeah location
Department: Facilities
Reporting to: Facilities Manager

What you’ll do

Perform day-to-day building and property maintenance to sustain a safe, efficient workplace.
Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) on facilities equipment to reduce downtime.
Install, adjust, and troubleshoot access control components and door hardware.

What you bring

Education/Experience: Associate’s degree (or higher) with 3+ years of related work; or High School diploma with 5+ years in maintenance.
Ability to complete basic plumbing tasks and repair doors and card access systems.

Travel, driving, and physical needs

Travel between Miami and Hialeah as required by operations.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
Capability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred background

Hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other construction trades.
Exposure to AutoCAD.
