Construction Project Manager

Project Managers at Adrenaline are responsible for managing a broad range of design and construction projects in the financial, health care, and retail markets. Their work revolves around helping clients enhance and transform their brands across the physical environments in their network. Accountabilities: Comprehensive knowledge of retail construction means, methods and best practices and related systems Able to schedule projects in “Critical Path” progression and budget time required to meet milestones and deadlines Adept at evaluating potential project risks and enacting mitigation efforts Confidently articulate the benefits of the broad range of products and services offered by Adrenaline to our customers in order to develop additional opportunities Craft custom solutions based on client’s individual business situations and objectives will be critical to success in this position. They will work with construction administrators and other subject matter experts to prepare, gather, and assemble accurate scope and project cost information for proposals and change orders Provide direction to cross-functional teams within Adrenaline to ensure the successful execution of projects from programming and design through construction and training Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and leverage client and internal relationships using a consultative approach. Responsibilities: Operate at a strategic and tactical level within assigned accounts to ensure that the relationships are positive, expectations are set and managed appropriately, and the account remains a consistent source of lucrative revenue Work with design team to organize and collaborate with external partners to ensure concept solutions work as intended and fit within client budget and schedule parameters Act as liaison between external architects/engineers, client vendors, and internal design resources to coordinate bullet proof Construction Drawing sets Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building and safety codes Review and approve subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders with suppliers and subcontractors Prepare and submit budget estimates Report project status to Client, Project Executive, and Director of Construction Oversee revenue goals and projected margin expectations established and/or endorsed by the management team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Architecture preferred 5-10 years of professional experience in construction management required Strong presentation and negotiation skills Ability to read and understand plans and specifications Competent in budgeting, scheduling and quality control Excels while working in a fast-paced environment Handle multiple projects simultaneously Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word and Microsoft Project Knowledge of the banking and retail industry a plus Join our team and be a part of our exciting journey where your skills and ideas are valued and nurtured.
