Schedule: 0600-1830 x 3 days per week. Every Saturday and Sunday plus one floating weekday (self-scheduled) Holidays: Holiday rotation required. Weekends: Every Saturday and Sunday. Weekend program with an extra 15% differential on Saturday and Sunday. One weekend off per quarter.

Bonus: Up to $15k
The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) 2 is highly proficient in the management and delivery of respiratory care. Demonstrates competencies in respiratory assessments and procedures for all patient populations and age groups. Performs and interacts as a healthcare professional administering respiratory care procedures in acute care areas and critical care areas. Demonstrates critical thinking skills and the mastery of clinical skills outlined in the RCP 2 COT. Precepts students on rotation. Exhibits leadership skills and is able to act as lead therapist as needed. Under the direction of the Pulmonary Services Leadership team, provides professional respiratory care to patients in accordance with the hospital's policies and procedures.
