Outdoor Day Porter

Join our team as a part-time Outdoor Day Porter, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a busy shopping center. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in keeping public spaces clean and safe. As a valued member of our maintenance team, you will help ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants by performing essential cleaning and upkeep tasks.
Responsibilities
- Sweep walkways and common areas throughout the shopping center
- Pick up and properly dispose of litter and debris around the property
- Empty trash receptacles and remove trash from around the building
- Clean gutters and remove leaves and other debris as needed
- Report any hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
