Schedule: 4X10 A - Second Shift- 2 PM - 12AM
Potential to convert to full-time position

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Machining Operations Center (MOC) within the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) facility located in Orlando, FL. Th

Responsible for driving process improvements within small parts assembly, paint, and plating manufacturing areas
Interpret drawing requirements and create detailed work instruction documentation to support production needs
Perform root cause analysis of component non conformances and ensure implementation of effective corrective action
Create fixture and tooling concepts, drawings, and models
Identify, evaluate business case, and drive successful implementation of automation and IFF technologies
Participate in capital investment/equipment evaluation, selection, and project management
Provide shop floor support as necessary to resolve technical and manufacturing issues
Monitor and report on quality, schedule, and cost performance of assigned projects/programs

Required experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline
Basic understanding of CAD software such as Siemens NX, CREO, Pro Engineer, or Solidworks (Experience: 3 years)
Experience working in production manufacturing environment (Experience: 3 years)
The candidate must be a US citizen

Required experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline
Basic understanding of CAD software such as Siemens NX, CREO, Pro Engineer, or Solidworks (Experience: 3 years)
